Edward Tomassetti

Wildlife Biologist · Ph.D. Student · Population & Movement Ecology

I’m Edward Tomassetti, a wildlife biologist and Ph.D. student at Texas A&M University with interests in population, movement, and spatial ecology. My research focuses on understanding wildlife populations, how they move across the landscape, and developing information and tools that can improve wildlife conservation and management.

At Texas A&M, I work as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant, where I help teach Conservation of Natural Resources and Wildlife Population Dynamics. I also serve as a Graduate Teaching Consultant with the Center for Teaching Excellence, working with fellow graduate students to strengthen teaching and learning across the university.

This site is where I share that work, along with fieldwork, photography, writing, and some of the places, experiences, and ideas I encounter along the way.
